This study is not
yet open for patient recruitment. The study will compare the effectiveness
of three-drug combinations in treatment-naive HIV-positive patients. Participants
will be recruited from resource-poor communities in Africa (Malawi, South
Africa, Zimbabwe), Asia (India, Thailand), South America (Brazil, Peru),
Haiti, and the United States (California, Colorado, Missouri, New York,
North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas).
