The 11th Annual Association of Nutrition Services Agencies (ANSA) Conference is set for August 12-15, 2004 in New York. This year ANSA offers two Pre-Conference Institutes on Thursday, August 12th: "The Future of AIDS Services: Mergers, Acquisitions and Expanded Missions"; and "Nutrition and Co-Morbidity's - A Special Institute for Nutritionists and Dietetic Professionals".
Special Conference Institutes will be held on Friday, August 13th: "AIDS, Nutrition and Africa – A Community-Based Response"; and "Advocacy and the Ryan White Reauthorization".
Professional Development Day, also held on Friday August 13th, will include workshops and activities addressing the issues that arise when we need to lead through change, manage an ever growing workload and motivate others to join us in this adventure we call work. ANSA offers seven workshop topics by track including: Administration; Board of Directors; Client Services; Development; Food Services and Distribution; Nutrition; Volunteers; along with One-on-One Consultations are available with experts in every field!
