We still see predominant male single homosexuals.”

Is someone involved in program operation actively involved with the local HIV/AIDS Health Services Planning Council? The Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Executive Director are all on  the local HIV/AIDS Health Services Planning Council and Ryan White Consortia.
