The Reproducibles are a great opportunity to compliment your counseling efforts.
They are easy to read and help to make your job easier to teach people more about nutrition.

These quality peer-reviewed nutrition education handouts were originally published
in HIV ReSources newsletters.

20 double-sided reproducibles are included in two versions:
1. For readers with at least a 12th grade education.
2. Highlights for readers with 3rd- 6th grade reading levels.

As noted by  Alix Landman, MPH, RD, LD/N of Plantation, Florida: HIV ReSources handouts are thorough and very topic and user friendly. The material is very comprhensive... a great resource list, excellent on the food safety and hygiene issues, very good use of the nutrition checklist and applicable to many aspects of patient/client general nutrition self-evaluation.
